Enquiry email notifications
Choose whether Performers Assistant emails you when a hosted form receives a new enquiry. Re-enabling applies to new enquiries; it does not resend earlier notifications.
Connect your own HTML form
Keep your own design. Use this form action and include the script shown in the example. The script gives each send a unique reference so retries cannot create duplicate enquiries, and adds the same basic spam checks as the hosted form.
Recommended field names:
name, email, phone,
occasion, event-date,
location, postcode,
guest-count, and
enquiry-notes. Other submitted fields are
preserved too.
